I believe that when someone like Geoff Hinton and others who have been crucial in the development of Ai and trained Ai for decades say that we ought to be careful I think we should respect that. If they trained the monster and say that the monster can be dangerous, perhaps we should listen. Tech is now what it use to be, so definitely this is an interesting time to be alive.
